Full-time Caregiver – On-site in Accra

About the role

Stay Out Help is seeking a compassionate full‑time caregiver to provide on‑site support to clients in Accra. You will help individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition needs.
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.
• Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living space.

Required profile

• Experience with daily living assistance for elderly or disabled individuals.
• Ability to monitor health status and administer medication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices in caregiving.
• Patience, empathy, reliability, and a high degree of professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certifications are a plus.
