About the role
As a Key Account Executive at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will drive awareness and demand for our pharmaceutical products across hospitals and clinics, ensuring continuous product availability and supporting tender processes.
Key responsibilities
- Segment and target hospitals and clinics according to company guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date databases of healthcare institutions and their needs.
- Provide medical practitioners, KOLs and pharmacists with the latest product information.
- Present and discuss company products in face-to-face meetings or group presentations.
- Analyse market insights of each institution to meet short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise market penetration and respond to feedback.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and uphold high standards of business conduct.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
