Field Sales Representative – Education Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join Enlace Education Services in Accra. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will promote our mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship services directly to schools, community organisations and families.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential client institutions and families within the Accra territory.
• Schedule, deliver and follow‑up on presentations and meetings to showcase programme benefits.
• Convert leads into enrolments, partnerships or scholarship applications.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, opportunities and closed deals in a CRM or spreadsheet.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and programme teams to align sales efforts with campaign schedules.
• Provide field feedback to help refine product offerings and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development or a customer‑facing role, preferably in education or related services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage students, families and institutional decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines.
• WASSCE or a diploma in Marketing, Education or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in using spreadsheets for tracking leads and activities.
