Book Keeper / Payments Specialist

About the role

As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and ensuring that all records are accurate and up‑to‑date. You will work closely with the finance team to process payments, reconcile accounts and support budgeting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks and maintain ledger entries.
• Process payments and invoices promptly.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and summary statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Experience with bookkeeping tasks.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
