Customer Success & Operations & Social Media Marketing Internships

About the role

Rootech IT Solutions is seeking enthusiastic interns for two 3‑month hybrid positions in Accra/Tema: a Customer Success & Operations Intern and a Social Media Marketing Intern. Both roles offer hands‑on experience supporting the company’s Venta POS platform and building its online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new customers, manage follow‑ups and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to customer enquiries, log technical issues and coordinate with the Business Development team.
• Support daily operational tasks and contribute to process‑improvement reports.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content on Rootech’s social media channels.
• Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Produce short‑form videos and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement metrics and prepare reports.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in customer experience, operations or digital marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.

Required skills

• Canva (or comparable graphic design tool).
