Field Sales Executive – Retail & Fuel Mart Sales

About the role
We are looking for two energetic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Godrej Consumer Products across fuel marts, mini‑marts and supermarkets in the Accra and Tema regions. The role involves direct outreach to store owners, building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, visit and sell products to fuel marts, mini‑marts and retail stores in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners to secure orders.
- Log daily sales activities and client visits using an Android smartphone.
- Achieve daily and weekly field sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum education: SHS Certificate.
- Proven track record in field sales or retail acquisition.
- Must own a functional Android phone and be comfortable using mobile apps.
- Strong persuasion skills, high trustworthiness and credibility.
