Field Sales Officer – AquaDot Water Products

About the role

The company AquaDot is seeking an energetic Sales Officer to take its bottled and sachet water directly to retailers across Accra and the Tema region. You will load products onto a company van each morning, visit shops, markets, supermarkets and other outlets, sell to customers and collect payments while building strong retailer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Load AquaDot water products onto the company vehicle and plan daily routes.
• Visit assigned retail outlets – shops, kiosks, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies – and sell products directly to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers to encourage repeat orders.
• Identify and open new retail locations within the territory.
• Ensure proper product display and stock levels.
• Collect cash payments, issue receipts and keep accurate sales records.
• Balance stock and cash at the end of each day and report any discrepancies.
• Provide customer feedback, monitor competitor activity and suggest market opportunities.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and present a professional image.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Previous experience in field sales, van sales, merchandising or retail sales is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy and comfortable handling cash.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence.
