Inbound Replenishment Planner

About the role

Epiroc West Africa is looking for an Inbound Replenishment Planner in Obuasi, Ghana, to help drive inventory performance across its supply chain network. The role coordinates inventory planning, replenishment execution and stock optimisation so that parts are available while keeping inventory lean. It reports to the Inbound Replenishment Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Execute replenishment orders and maintain the correct inventory stock mix.
• Collaborate with global inventory teams to achieve and sustain parts availability targets.
• Review and validate inventory recommendations generated by ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock holdings based on demand and consumption trends.
• Manage excess, obsolete and surplus inventory.
• Support inventory planning initiatives and warehouse optimisation activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or equivalent qualification/experience.
• 1 to 2 years' experience in inventory management, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment and supply chain processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
