Marketing Officer (Nigerian) – Accra

About the role

We are seeking a high‑calibre female Marketing Officer of Nigerian nationality to join our client’s head office in Accra. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships and driving cross‑sell and upsell initiatives for a leading management advisory firm.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new customer business through daily marketing calls, appointments and proposal submissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and senior company officials via meetings, calls, emails and networking events.
• Lead execution of cross‑sell and upsell programs from start to finish.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and new business developments.
• Submit proposals, close deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing or any business discipline.
• Nigerian nationality and fluent, confident communication skills.
• Residence in or around Tema, Ghana.
• Willingness to spend up to 60 % of time out of the office for client engagements.
