National Service Personnel – Sales & Marketing

About the role

Join the Sales & Marketing team at TWYFORD INTERNATIONAL (Ghana) as a National Service Personnel and gain practical experience in the building materials industry. You will support daily sales and marketing operations while developing market research and customer engagement skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with day‑to‑day operations, reporting and coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads and maintain client databases.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
• Participate in showroom and branch activities such as product display, stock checks and sales activation.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Help prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales orders and coordinate with logistics, accounts and production for smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eligible for National Service, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with eagerness to learn.
