Registered Dental Surgery Assistant / Nurse

About the role

Smilecraft Dentistry is seeking a full‑time Registered Dental Surgery Assistant (RDSA) or Nurse to join its on‑site team in Adenta. You will work closely with dentists to ensure procedures run smoothly while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists during clinical procedures and provide chair‑side support.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Manage patient records, ensuring accurate documentation before and after treatment.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑treatment care, including patient education on oral health.
• Follow infection‑control protocols and uphold clinic hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Certification as a Registered Dental Surgery Assistant or a valid nursing license.
• Experience in dental assisting, patient care, or general nursing practices (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication abilities to educate patients on dental care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic clinical team.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
