About the role
RebajaNow Services is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join its team in Accra. You will help drive lead generation, support property onboarding and promote the company’s discount hospitality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage customer leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Onboard new hospitality properties onto the platform.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Spend part of the week working in the field to meet partners.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven sales and marketing experience.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
