Sales Executive – Food & Beverage FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the sales and distribution of our food and beverage portfolio across the Kumasi region and beyond. You will be responsible for achieving targets, expanding our outlet network and ensuring product visibility in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Visit existing customers daily following the approved sales route.
• Identify and open new supermarkets, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, cafés and institutional accounts.
• Conduct sales trips and market‑development visits outside Kumasi to grow distribution.
• Take accurate customer orders and submit them for processing.
• Maintain product availability, shelf placement and promotional visibility.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and encourage timely replenishment.
• Collect outstanding receivables and ensure customers stay within credit limits.
• Record visits, sales, orders and collections and submit regular reports.
• Gather competitor intelligence and provide feedback to management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 24 months of sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Ghana.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
