Sales Executive – Telesales (Kumasi & Ashanti Region)

About the role

Unateus is looking for a confident, persuasive, and results‑driven Telesales Executive to engage prospective and existing customers, identify sales opportunities, close sales and increase customer value through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to generate sales.
• Respond to inbound leads and convert enquiries into paying customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell customers to higher‑value products or packages.
• Cross‑sell relevant additional products based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and value clearly.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, retail sales or a similar sales role.
• Proven ability to close sales and upsell customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working under performance targets.
• Strong follow‑up, organizational skills and ability to quickly understand product value.
