About the role
The Territory Sales Manager will lead strategic and operational activities to grow sales, collections and market share across the assigned region. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, expanding distribution networks and driving agricultural development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly territory business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve sales, collection, customer acquisition and profitability targets while monitoring credit exposure.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers and farmer groups to increase product penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, market opportunities and provide reliable forecasts.
- Implement territory marketing activities, product promotions and farmer engagement programmes.
- Lead, coach and evaluate the performance of the sales team, ensuring high‑performance culture.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, supply chain and customer service to resolve issues and improve territory performance.
