Warehouse Supervisor (Accra/Kumasi)

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of healthcare products across Accra and Kumasi. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and supporting overall business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Verify incoming stock against delivery documents and inspect goods for damage or quality issues.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance of warehouse assistants and other staff.
• Maintain organized, safe storage complying with company standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely order picking and packing.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Enforce health and safety standards and maintain a clean, secure warehouse environment.
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required profile

• HND/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
