Business Development & Telesales Consultant

About the role

The Business Development & Telesales Consultant will drive outbound sales activities, build strategic client relationships and support revenue growth for Jobberman Third Party. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment solutions across Accra and Tema.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promote and sell recruitment services.
• Identify, qualify and close B2B sales opportunities using consultative techniques.
• Develop and execute account development plans for assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Zoho and provide sales performance data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Recruiters, Finance, HR and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in business development, telesales or B2B account management.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho CRM.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
