Graduate Management Trainee (Full Time)

About the role

The Graduate Management Trainee programme at Jumia offers recent graduates a two‑year, hands‑on experience in the commercial team, working with leading brands and driving sales on Africa’s leading e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners, ensuring their brands are well‑promoted and available on the platform.
• Analyse sales, pricing and assortment data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to drive sales and lead projects with mentorship support.

Required profile

• First‑degree graduate (2025) from a recognised university.
• National Service completed with proof (NSS Certificate or Release Letter).
• At least 3 months of relevant internship experience in sales, retail, FMCG or account management.
• Commercial mindset, strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and Excel, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, fluent English, and willingness to relocate during the programme.
