Business Distribution Officer

About the role

The Business Distribution Officer will drive outreach and distribution of Enlace’s education services, including mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Accra and focuses on expanding programme participation through partner schools, community organisations and families.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage partner schools, community organisations and families to promote Enlace services.
• Coordinate information sessions, manage enrollment pipelines and track performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to improve distribution strategies.
• Support marketing and promotional activities, both digital and offline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of programmes.

Required profile

• Business development, sales outreach and client relationship management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Organisational and coordination skills to manage schedules, events and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking outreach and conversions.
