About the role
The Sales Representative will support customers in the showroom, provide product information and assist with sales enquiries. You will also help drive marketing activities and maintain the visual presentation of the store.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product information and sales enquiries.
- Support marketing activities, including social media updates and promotions.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
- Work with the team on stock management and customer service.
- Learn sales processes, product knowledge, and retail operations.
Required profile
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, basic digital tools).
- Solid maths ability for pricing and stock counts.
- Excellent timekeeping, reliability and ability to work well in a team.
- Must live locally in Accra (Labone, Cantonments, Osu, or nearby areas).
