Sales Representative – IVD & Medical Equipment

About the role

The company seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to promote KOFA IVD instruments and reagents across healthcare institutions in Ghana. You will build long‑term partnerships with hospitals, labs and distributors while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for IVD instruments and reagents.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with public and private hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics and medical distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate distribution contracts.
• Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and report to headquarters.
• Coordinate product registration and commercial logistics support locally when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3+ years of proven B2B sales or technical support experience in IVD, medical devices or pharmaceuticals in Ghana.
• Established network with local hospitals, diagnostic centres and healthcare procurement channels.
• Fluent in English with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
