Content Creator with CapCut Pro Editing Skills

About the role

The Content Creator with CapCut Pro Editing Skills will produce short‑form video content for social media and live‑commerce campaigns, showcasing products, creator stories, and brand promotions. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Accra and works closely with MSME partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot and edit short‑form videos using CapCut Pro for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Adapt video formats to optimise engagement and conversion across multiple social‑commerce channels.
• Collaborate with small business owners and internal teams to understand product offerings and create compelling visual narratives.
• Organise assets, meet campaign deadlines and contribute ideas to improve live‑stream and recorded content performance.

Required profile

• Strong video creation and editing abilities with advanced proficiency in CapCut Pro.
• Experience producing short‑form mobile‑first content that captures audience attention.
• Comfort appearing on camera or directing talent, with good sense of framing, lighting and sound.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time, manage multiple projects and meet fast‑paced startup deadlines.
