Digital & Social Media Manager

About the role

Lexta Ghana Limited is seeking a Digital & Social Media Manager to develop and execute digital strategies that drive brand growth across Ghana and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual digital marketing strategies and quarterly campaign plans.
• Manage all company social media accounts, create content calendars and monitor audience engagement.
• Lead content creation across graphics, video, copywriting and ensure brand consistency.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Maintain website updates, optimise SEO and support e‑commerce initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Handle online reputation, respond to customer inquiries and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field, or demonstrable skill in these areas.
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or social media management; FMCG experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple consumer brands simultaneously.
