E-Commerce Merchandiser – Drive Sales & Product Merchandising

About the role
We are looking for an E‑Commerce Merchandiser to own the customer‑facing experience in our app. You will drive sales, increase basket size and improve conversion through smart product merchandising and data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain category structures, navigation menus and curated collections.
- Execute homepage banners, campaigns, landing pages and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
- Optimize search results, product ranking, descriptions and overall content quality.
- Drive cross‑selling, upselling and recommendation strategies.
- Manage new product launches and ensure high‑quality product imagery.
- Monitor conversion rates and basket size metrics.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial and Demand Planning teams.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and general computer skills.
- Knowledge of grocery categories, FMCG brands, imported products and fresh produce.
- Understanding of customer buying behaviour in an online environment.
