About the role
The Field Sales & Collection Officer will promote our client’s layaway sales system, engage prospective customers, and manage payment collections directly in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers, explaining the layaway payment system.
- Clarify prices, instalment plans, deadlines and company rules.
- Visit customers to collect scheduled payments and issue receipts.
- Record every payment accurately and submit daily collection reports.
- Follow up respectfully on missed payments and safeguard company funds and customer information.
Required profile
- SHS qualification or higher.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting reasonable targets.
- Sales or collection experience is an advantage; entry‑level applicants are welcome.
What we offer
- Starting salary of GH₵1,000 to GH₵1,500 per month, depending on suitability.
- Accommodation available for qualified applicants.
