Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive direct development in vertical industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining and Energy, maintain strong customer relationships and deliver tailored value propositions that address industry‑specific challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business in vertical markets, including Oil & Gas, Mining and Energy sectors.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Understand client pain points and present tailored product demonstrations and business cases.
• Build relationships across all levels of client organisations, from frontline users to C‑suite decision makers.
• Analyse contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (presales, delivery, legal, finance) to ensure seamless solution design and post‑sale satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client relationships in Oil & Gas, Mining or Energy industries.
• Experience in two‑way radio industry or familiarity with two‑way radio solutions (critical communication, command centre, CCTV).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English.
• Team player with a self‑motivated, driven working style.
