Life Insurance Agent

About the role

Prudential Life Insurance Ghana is seeking a full‑time Life Insurance Agent to work from Accra with a hybrid arrangement. The agent will engage prospective clients, explain product options and guide them through the application and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients, presenting suitable life‑insurance solutions.
• Prepare proposals, complete policy applications and support clients through underwriting.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, provide post‑sale service and conduct regular coverage reviews.
• Achieve sales targets, keep accurate records and collaborate with brokers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong background in insurance sales or brokerage with solid knowledge of insurance products.
• Foundational finance understanding to assess client needs and align solutions.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field; professional certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
