Sales Manager – Furniture & Interior Design

About the role

We are a leading interior design and furniture manufacturing company seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across modern kitchens, wardrobes, walk‑in closets, TV units, and bespoke furniture solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote and sell furniture products through client visits, presentations, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers on site measurements, presentations, and project proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent service and repeat business.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and market insights.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, or manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
