Field Sales Officer

About the role

The Field Sales Officer will promote Enlace’s education services to individuals, families, schools and community stakeholders across Accra and surrounding areas. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating leads, presenting programmes and closing sales to expand the company’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients, schedule and conduct sales visits, and present mentorship, learning support, educational tours and scholarship programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools and community organisations, collect market feedback and support outreach campaigns and events.
• Handle inquiries, provide accurate information and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability in sales and business relationship management with a focus on meeting targets.
• Strong client relations and customer service skills for engaging families, schools and community organisations.
• Independent field work capability, efficient time and territory management, and accurate activity reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as email, CRM systems, spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening and professional written correspondence.
