Field Services Engineer

About the role

The Field Services Engineer will support regional sales and distributors, ensuring end‑user satisfaction and proper operation of the Maglumi system through technical support, installations, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors to improve end‑user satisfaction.
• Support registration work, including installation, maintenance, and conduct clinical and technical trials.
• Provide regional technical support (online or on‑site) to ensure the Maglumi system functions correctly.
• Collect Maglumi installation data and maintain relationships with reference customers.
• Deliver service training to local engineers and guide technical skill development.
• Back‑up other technical support specialists during heavy workloads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical, biomedical engineering, life science, biology or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IVD instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the country or to neighboring countries.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong capability in business expansion and account management.
