About the role
A hotel in the Accra and Tema region is looking for a full-time Housekeeper / Linen Attendant. The position is based in Abeka-Lapaz, Accra, and applicants should live around Abeka, Lapaz or nearby communities. The salary is described as attractive.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms to a high standard, keeping them fresh and ready for new guests.
- Change and properly arrange bedsheets, pillowcases and towels.
- Iron and neatly press bedsheets, pillowcases and other hotel linen.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms and other assigned areas.
- Sort, fold and properly store clean hotel linen.
- Report damaged items or maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness standards and perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Must be hardworking, honest, punctual and physically fit.
- Must have good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Ability to iron bedsheets and handle hotel linen properly.
