About the role
Patisserie Thérapie is hiring a Kitchen and Service Assistant in Accra. The role covers basic food preparation, dishwashing and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic. It is a full-time position on a Tuesday-to-Sunday schedule, with two shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with washing, peeling, cutting and preparing ingredients
- Support the chef with cooking and general food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Store ingredients properly and help monitor kitchen supplies
- Follow all food safety standards
Required profile
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Friendly, presentable, hardworking, punctual and honest
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Required skills
- Good personal hygiene
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
