Investment Analyst - BRIDGE-in Agriculture

About the role

The BRIDGE-in Agriculture initiative is looking for a dedicated Investment Analyst with 0-2 years of experience to help advance its mission of channeling capital into underserved markets. The analyst supports transaction advisory mandates that direct investment into critical agricultural sectors and contributes to regional economic development.

Key responsibilities

• Research markets, industries and companies, with a focus on Ghana and the wider West African region.
• Help create investor-facing materials such as executive summaries, pitch decks and preliminary investment memorandums.
• Contribute to financial and valuation models used in investment decisions.
• Aid in identifying and tracking potential investors to expand the funding network.
• Provide logistical and analytical support during due diligence of SMEs.
• Coordinate lending initiatives with partner banks and help organise training for Business Development Services providers.
• Document meeting discussions and summarise key insights from investors, partners and other stakeholders.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments and give general administrative support to management.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in finance, advisory or development.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out thorough market and company research.
• Excellent written communication for drafting investor materials.
• Ability to coordinate multi-party activities and due diligence, and to turn complex meeting notes into clear summaries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and support the team across operations.
