Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager creates strategy for Shalina brands to build a Top of the Mind brand identity with customers and consumers in a profitable way. The role is a team-player position covering planning, execution and measurement of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for the assigned brands
• Plan and implement ATL (radio ads, OOH, TroTro branding) and BTL activities such as promotions, print ads, events and point-of-sale marketing
• Help create and monitor product advertising and brand assets, and provide regional insights for asset development
• Liaise with media houses, media partners and vendors for asset development and deployment
• Work with the sales team on promotional mechanisms, special offers, in-store displays and POS materials
• Carry out market research and analysis of trends, brand awareness and competitors; run surveys on customer and consumer needs
• Monitor campaign progress with metrics, measure and report performance, and help prepare budgets and monitor expenses
• Plan and execute new product launches

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role
• Experience in healthcare or personal care within the FMCG industry is an advantage
