Senior CRM Manager – Growth Pods

About the role

M-KOPA is recruiting a Senior CRM Manager for its Product Growth team. The role is built around ownership: you will own two core growth pods in your first year, then move into Lifecycle in the second half of next year, reporting to the Lifecycle CRM Lead. It is a fast track to pod leadership, fully remote within UTC-1 to UTC+3.

Key responsibilities

• Phase 1: Own reactivation and upgrade campaigns in CleverTap for Repeat Phones, working with the Growth Lead to find the next opportunity.
• Phase 2: Work with the Digital Lending lead to understand cash loan growth end to end.
• Phase 3: Carry primary responsibility for Digital Lending for a defined period, with the Repeat Phones lead available for a second opinion.
• Phase 4: Join the Lifecycle pod full-time in the second half of next year, bringing a year of hands-on conversion experience.
• Build and run multi-channel campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app) in CleverTap against pod goals.
• Track funnel performance and flag drop-off points to the pod lead you are supporting.
• Run structured experiments (creative, audience, incentive, timing) with clear hypotheses.
• Turn what works into documented playbooks and keep data quality and campaign tracking clean.

Required profile

• 5+ years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing, ideally in fintech, telco or e-commerce, with real ownership over campaigns or pods.
• Judgment as much as skill: able to read a pod and decide where to push.
• Genuine appetite for pod leadership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to build trust quickly with senior leads across two pods.

Required skills

• Hands-on fluency in CRM platforms such as CleverTap, Braze or similar.
• Comfortable reading funnels and cohorts.
