National Sales Manager

About the role

Samospharma Limited is looking for a National Sales Manager based in the Accra and Tema region. The role develops, leads and executes the company's national sales strategy to grow revenue, expand market share and ensure customer satisfaction, overseeing regional and area sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet sales and profitability goals
• Forecast sales performance and market demand to guide business planning
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends and competitive dynamics
• Lead, mentor and motivate regional and area sales managers and their teams
• Set sales targets, monitor progress and give regular performance reviews
• Design and run training programmes to build sales competencies
• Build relationships with key customers, distributors and partners
• Oversee major contract negotiations and high-value client accounts
• Integrate customer feedback into sales strategy and product development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Experience in a high-growth environment and a proven record of achieving national sales targets and managing multi-regional teams
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country
