Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager will lead daily production operations at Truecoco's biochar facility in Tikobo One, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality output. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to meet sustainability and carbon‑removal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, coordinate resources, and monitor equipment performance.
• Lead and mentor production teams, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, and implement lean methodologies.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising manufacturing or processing teams, preferably in agro‑processing or cleantech.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs for decision‑making.
