Programme Coordinator – National Service

About the role

Orgmento is looking for a motivated National Service Personnel to help design, plan and deliver technical programmes across education, digital skills, community activity and AI‑enabled tools. You will turn early‑stage ideas into practical, well‑managed projects while learning on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, planning and delivery of technical programmes and projects.
• Translate vague concepts into clear objectives, timelines, responsibilities and expected outputs.
• Ask focused questions to clarify goals, requirements, assumptions and dependencies.
• Break projects into manageable tasks and create practical delivery plans.
• Coordinate actions, follow up with stakeholders and keep programmes on track.
• Prepare and maintain planning documents, agendas, checklists, status updates and programme materials.
• Use AI tools where appropriate for research, brainstorming, drafting and organisation.
• Record actions, decisions, feedback, risks and outcomes accurately.
