Systems and Data Manager

About the role

The Systems and Data Manager will build and maintain the systems, data structures, and workflows that enable NAYA to operate efficiently and scale. This hands‑on role ensures business information is accurate, secure, and accessible while supporting teams with clear processes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standards for data collection, naming, storage, and sharing; maintain master records for products, suppliers, customers and inventory.
• Administer SharePoint, Microsoft 365, email, shared drives and business applications, managing user accounts, permissions and software licences.
• Map and improve cross‑departmental workflows, eliminate duplicate entry and manual steps, and implement automations.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, templates and a structured SharePoint knowledge centre.
• Maintain information security, access controls, backups and recovery procedures, and track system incidents.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of experience in business systems, data management, systems administration or process improvement.
• Proven ability to write clear SOPs and translate business needs into system requirements.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration
• Advanced Excel and database reporting
• Workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Shopify, Unleashed, QuickBooks
