Regional Sales Manager - Cross-Border Payments

About the role

Echo Money provides the financial infrastructure layer for the global internet economy, combining Banking-as-a-Service with stablecoin technology to enable fast, low-cost cross-border payments. It is looking for a full-time remote Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned geographic region. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle and closing strategic deals with fintechs, platforms and enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients, deliver product demos and develop tailored proposals
• Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Work with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and give feedback on customer needs and market trends
• Manage the pipeline accurately, forecast and report so that regional targets are met or exceeded

Required profile

• Proven B2B or enterprise sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, banking-as-a-service or financial technology
• Prior experience managing a region or territory, including setting and achieving sales targets and reporting performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate across time zones

Required skills

• Lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management, covering the full sales cycle from discovery to close
• Consultative selling and solution-based presentations, with strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of cross-border payments, digital assets or stablecoins is highly beneficial
