Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role
Spinal Clinic Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive corporate sales and promote its services across Accra and surrounding areas. The role combines client relationship management with digital marketing initiatives to increase the clinic’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Secure monthly corporate deals and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, including digital campaigns and promotional events.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential corporate partners.
- Lead cross‑functional projects that require multitasking and problem‑solving.
Required profile
- HND, Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or related roles.
- Strong oral and presentation skills.
