Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will drive revenue growth by securing corporate deals and promoting the clinic’s services across multiple locations in Accra. This role combines client relationship management with hands‑on digital marketing and graphic design activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close corporate sales deals on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Create graphic assets for promotional materials and online channels.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the clinic’s leadership to make informed marketing and sales decisions.

Required profile

• HND, Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or a combined role.
• Strong oral and presentation abilities with a problem‑solving mindset.
