Sales Manager – Ghana Market (M/F)

About the role

Vivago, a premium private health club, is expanding its presence in Ghana and seeks a Sales Manager to lead market development. The role focuses on generating sales, converting leads, and delivering a high‑end client experience in partnership with local sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Vivago’s premium health‑club offering to partner‑provided leads.
• Qualify, present, and close subscription sales through in‑person client meetings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by senior management.
• Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Participate in joint commercial initiatives such as events and campaigns.
• Maintain rigorous prospect and client tracking in the CRM system.
• Report sales activity, client feedback, and field insights to improve the offer.
• Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience in coordination with operational teams.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in business, management, marketing or a related field.
• Professional experience in B2B/B2B2C business development, partnership or sales network management, or strategic account management.
• Background in banking, insurance or other premium services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using a CRM platform for tracking sales activities.
