Sales & Partnerships Manager – B2B SaaS (Africa)

About the role

Riskspot is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to own and expand its revenue pipeline across key African markets. You will work directly with the founding team, shaping go‑to‑market strategy and building relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and strategic allies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Build and manage a pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise clients in financial services, fintech, healthcare, and technology.
• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with MSSPs, IT resellers, consulting firms, and system integrators.
• Collaborate with the founding team on pricing, positioning, and overall market strategy.
• Represent Riskspot at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across the continent.
• Work closely with product to relay market feedback and influence the roadmap.
• Track and report on sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling SaaS or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of the African enterprise landscape and buying processes.
• Experience building or managing channel and referral partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to both technical and financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, or HR/people tech is a strong advantage.
