About the role
A bank in Berekum is looking for a Sales Support Officer to support the sales team. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting bank products and helping turn leads into sales, while making sure all processes follow bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Support sales campaigns and meet targets
- Complete and submit customer applications accurately, ensuring documents are correct and complete
- Provide good customer service at all times
- Keep records of sales and performance
- Work with team members and attend training
- Follow company policies, including KYC, AML and operational procedures
- Maintain security, safety and confidentiality standards
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Team Leader or management
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Some sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt
