About the role
Axxend Limited is offering a 6‑to‑18‑month Technology Specialist training program for recent IT graduates. The program combines virtual learning, online certification exams and hands‑on mentorship to develop expertise in Microsoft and other enterprise technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in online training modules covering Microsoft, SAP, HP, Oracle and Cisco solutions.
- Pass certification exams administered by major IT vendors.
- Shadow senior Axxend engineers and contribute to real‑world projects.
- Collaborate with mentors and peers through Axxend’s unified communication tools.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or national service participant with a degree in IT or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in infrastructure, software development, or both.
