Territory Sales Manager

About the role

Sunda International is hiring a Territory Sales Manager based in the Accra and Tema region. The role covers developing and executing territory sales strategies, managing distributors and key accounts, and leading the sales team to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage distributors and key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence.
• Lead and coach the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of territory management and channel development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
