Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our logistics team. In this position you will be responsible for handling incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods accurately.
• Manage inventory and keep stock records up to date.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch following FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Update inventory data in ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Good numerical and data accuracy skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures is an advantage.
